Thank you for sharing this information. I have always had a hard time falling asleep. I envy those people who do not have this kind of problem. All they have to do is sit or lean on something and they fall asleep in an instant. I tried staying awake for 48 hours and going to bed only on my preferred sleeping time. Sometimes it works for me.
